Returns
Please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours if there is a problem with the order you received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
Products cannot be returned if they have been washed (clothing).
Products that are unopened can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Popeye's Gear Customer Service Centre at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products if warranted. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
Promotional Items (free samples, T-shirts, etc.) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please E-mail your(depending on your region) Customer Service Department at orders@popeyesgear.com within 48 hours.

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by Canada Post or UPS, you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders within Canada can be tracked at CanadaPost.ca or UPS.com

Orders made before 3:00 pm (MDT) during business hours will be sent that day. Orders made after 3:00 pm (MDT) or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
* Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post may require an additional charge. Delivery times from Canada Post may be extended.
